Landscape design that is sustainable can assist with obtaining planning permission, particularly in sensitive landscapes such as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONBs), National Parks, National Nature Reserves (NNRs), and Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
