Ecological Planting

Planting gives a landscape its structure, rhythm, and seasonal character.

We develop planting schemes that respond to the local conditions of each site, selecting species that thrive within the climate and soils of Sussex while supporting pollinators, birds, and other wildlife.

As the planting matures, the landscape gains depth and complexity, changing in subtle ways throughout the seasons while remaining coherent as a whole.

Outdoor Living

The spaces immediately surrounding a home deserve the same level of attention as the planting itself.

Every project begins with a Landscape Appraisal, providing a detailed understanding of the opportunities and constraints presented by the site. Soil, drainage, existing habitats, landform, sunlight, and surrounding views are all considered before a design begins to emerge.

From this initial analysis, we develop a Landscape Strategy and masterplan that provides a clear framework for the project, ensuring that aesthetic, ecological, and practical considerations remain aligned from concept through to construction.
